The College of Southern Idaho, Blaine County Center, has been a part of life in the Wood River Valley for more than 20 years. The College of Southern Idaho (CSI) is a comprehensive community college, founded in 1964 to provide educational, social, and cultural opportunities for the diverse population of South Central Idaho. In this rapidly changing world, CSI encourages students to lead enriched, productive, and responsible lives.
In addition to academic classes, the CSI Blaine County Center offers a broad range of enrichment classes featuring talented local instructors, and a friendly learning environment for all skill levels.
Summer courses include Landscape Photography—Start to Finish; Bookmaking Workshop; Introduction to Viewing Art in the Wood River Valley; Image Editing with Photoshop; and Web Design.
College for Kids classes present fun educational opportunities for the summer months, including Art for Preschoolers, Spanish Camp, French Camp, and Exploración de Inglés, all of which feature arts and crafts instruction.
